Booking study rooms

Group and individual study rooms in the Research Library (Rävala Ave 10) and Study Centre (Narva rd 29) can be booked online.

There are four study rooms on the third floor of the research library. All teaching staff and students who are registered patrons of the TLU Academic Library have the right to use study rooms. For other patrons, study rooms can be booked for 3 € an hour or 10 € a day. You can pay at the information desk at the library. For Skype, Zoom, and Teams conference calls and meetings, the computer monitors in the workshops come with built-in webcams, speakers, and microphones. Keys for the study rooms are received from the second floor circulation desk.
At the moment, two of the four study rooms can be booked online and two of them at the second floor circulation desk or by calling +372 665 9424.

In the Study Centre, there are three group study rooms and one seminar room with a projector on the first floor and four individual study rooms on the second floor. Only TLU students and teaching staff registered as TLU Academic Library patrons have the right to use the study rooms at the Study Centre.

 

You can reserve rooms for up to 8 hours per day and a total of 16 hours per week, with the option to book up to 14 days in advance. To see available time slots, choose a suitable date from the calendar. To reserve a room, select the room and time, and click the “Reserve” button. Log in with your My ESTER account and confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
