3. aprillil külastas teadusraamatukogu Jaapani suursaadik Eestis Yukihiko Matsumura ja kultuuriatašee Ai Shimizu, et kinkida meile projekti “Read Japan 2023” raames raamatuid.
“Read Japan” projekti eesmärgiks on edendada Jaapani mõistmist raamatute kaudu. Selle nimel annetatakse ingliskeelseid raamatuid, mis on seotud Jaapaniga, ülikoolidele ja raamatukogudele üle maailma.
